Which do you prefer? I think it’s useful to use a combination of both. Of course, the bottom line is always what you believe about your treatment. You see, what you believe is the real cure. So, if you believe holding a rutilated quartz crystal over your heart chakra will heal your heartburn, it will. If you believe that taking the sugar pill the doctor gave you will heal your heartburn, it will, too.
I find it so exciting and comforting that people in this country are becoming more aware of and accepting of what we call alternative medicine. In fact, our allopathic system is more of the alternative system. Energetic types of medicine such as accupuncture have been around for thousands of years.
I always think the least invasive form of therapy is the best.
